Two versions of the book are offered here for shipment to United States, Canada and Mexico destinations. Both are signed and dated "April 2007" in blue pen on the front free endpaper. There are also nine copies for sale that the author has numbered in the upper-left corner of that page, from "2/10" through "10/10". These are the only copies that will be numbered. You may request a particular number, otherwise, or if it is not available, I will send the lowest number remaining.
Signed and numbered copies are available for $36 each, postpaid (media mail) in the US (more outside the US.) The signed copies are $28 each, plus postage (your choice.)
